It is amazing! Through all of this rain that we have been having during this past week I can still see the beauty of the flowering plants. The trees are beginning to sprout their greenery and it is beautiful. I love the look of the dogwood trees right now. Everything is looking so alive! I can't wait to see everything in full bloom with the sunshine. It really shows the beautiful creation that God breathes into each spring....LIFE....so beautiful! I love it.
Only 6 more days until I meet Miss Hannah and see Jen and Rick. We are all so excited...we can hardly wait. This will be our first trip to Jen/Rick's house and to Phili. We will be flying. Hopefully the weather will be a friend to us.
This past week I have been lacking the motivation I have recently had with my diet and working out. It is so frustrating ;[ I did work out on Mon and Tuesday and went to kickboxing on Tuesday night, but not since then. Normally I would have gone back to kickboxing Thursday morning and worked out with Gary during lunch, but I didn't. I am feeling really guilty right now. I am hoping that this week will bring me more motivation and less hunger. Please Lord, give me the strength to overcome the temptations of uncontrollable hunger for unhealthy food and to give it my best during my workouts (all of them--with no skipping out ;) I know that with God by my side anything is possible.

The Circus Comes To Westminster
Last Wednesday, March 18, Morgan, Zach and I attended the local circus in Westminster, SC.
It was pretty neat...clowns, trapezes, goats, pony's, tigers and Lama's. There was this cutest little baby goat that Morgan played with. You know goats...they chew on everything...thankfully this one must not have had teeth because it didn't mess up any of Morgan's clothes. Here are a few pictures of our evening:

An eventfull weekend ;)
I cannot believe the time has flown by so quickly! I have had a lot going on since my last post. We had a wonderful weekend, in spite of the rainy weather. Friday night Regina and Kimberly came back by for an overnight stay on their way back to Virginia. We took them to T60 Grill for the famous Coaches Low Country Boil. It was delicious!! It was full of crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage. But of course the best part to me is the shrimp and crab legs....I could do without the rest ;) Saturday morning we had to say our goodbye's to Kimberly and Regina. Hopefully it will not be as long before we get to see them again.

I went to Jeanie Cochran's house for Saturday brunch and Mimosa's! They were YUMMY!! I made breakfast casserole and croissants and Jeanie made the Mimosa's and had fresh strawberries. We are planning to make this a routine monthly 'meeting' for girl time. What a wonderful way to start the day with good friends, good food and good drinks. I met two new friends there. Heather Beavers and her sister Kelly Durfey. I am looking forward to getting to know these ladies better and hopefully build a great friendship.
Sunday was pretty much a lazy day here at the Fields home. David and I enjoyed catching up on the last 2 TIVO'd episodes of Battlestar Galactica. We have recently become a fan ;)
Well tonight is another episode of The Biggest Loser. I love that show! It has been addictive to me this season. This is the 7th season and this is the first season that I have watched the entire episodes of. I normally just happen to catch the finale because it gets so much publicity. Have I mentioned that I started kickboxing a few weeks ago? It is really hard, but I love it!! It happens to fall on the same days that are my training days with Gary (my personal trainer). I love him...I have been working out with him for a year now and he has really grown on me. I hated exercising before I began working out with him. Believe me, there was some times back in the summer that I dreaded 12:00 and going to the gym. Somehow I have gotten my motivation back....thank goodness. Anyway, back to kickboxing...the first week I went I got pretty disappointed with the scale at Weight Watchers. I had gained 4.6 pounds!! That had never happened to me. I know it was just my muscles holding in water because this past week I lost 4.8 pounds. I do feel smaller...so I guess that is what really counts. I can deal with the scale as long as my clothes keep getting bigger on me ;)
Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Did you wear your green today?

Morgan is a 'loser' or puller to be correct ;)
Today Morgan pulled her first tooth. First tooth "pulled" mind you. Many of you already know that she fell and knocked out her 2 front teeth when she was 3. A nightmare to say the least...for me anyway...she did just fine. But back to the story. Her tooth has been ready to come out for a few days now....getting looser by the day. It was just hanging in there today. She was eating a strawberry (that is what you will see on her face in the pictures--not blood ;) and I told her that if she did not pull it that she would end up swallowing it and the tooth fairy could not come see her because she wouldn't have a tooth under her pillow to give to her. She immediately got concerned and began wiggling. I told her to get a tissue and wiggle and pull on it. I was getting the camera ready and 'snap'...as soon as I took the first picture it was when she pulled it out of her mouth.
She was so proud of herself....especially for doing it all by herself! She first had to call Daddy...he had to know first.
Then we called grandaddy, nana, granny and grandmama. Everyone had to know what she had done :)) She is actually in the bed right now....went early too. And she normally doesn't even sleep in her bed ;0
And for those of you who haven't seen pictures from the first 2 knocked out teeth, here they are. It was November 3, 2006. We were at my uncle Thomas' wedding rehearsal and at the end she came running up the isle and tripped...knocking one tooth immediately in the floor and the other tooth just hanging. It looked horrible! My poor baby got her beautiful teeth ripped out of the mouth...basically. We ended up going to the ER to have them finish pulling out the other tooth. She has been fine ever since. I think it hurt me worse that it hurt her. It didn't slow her down a bit!
We are so proud of our little Morgan Grace!! You GO GIRL!
Mommy loves you;)

Wonderful visit with the Fisher's
We are having a wonderful visit from Regina aka Grandmama and Aunt Kimberly. They live in Virginia so we don't get to see them nearly as often as we would like. Papa Clint wasn't able to make it this visit....we are missing him :( Yesterday was such a beautiful day. The weather was sunny and 76 degrees. I had on shorts for the first time this year for most of the day. Of course as the sun went down the temp dropped quickly and on came the trusty pants. Morgan enjoyed a game of wii last night with aunt Kimberly. We also set aunt Kimberly up with a download of Skype so we can "see" each other any time we want to. Here is a few pictures of last night.

Snow Fun
I couldn't believe it when I looked outside and saw all of that beautiful snow falling yesterday. I can't tell you the last time I saw it snow like that. I don't think Morgan has ever seen it snow like that....or Zach for that matter. Yeah, we get a few flakes every year or so (mostly ice) but not snow like it was coming down yesterday. Of course we did lose power about 4:30pm but there was still enough time for me to round up the candles and for David to start up the fireplace. Luckily the power came back on during the night, but them we lost the landline phone!! Thankfully it is all back on now. During the night the snow began to melt and then froze again....of course freezing the hilley roads here in Chickasaw. David spent all morning scraping the driveway in hope that the roads would thaw. He tried to leave in the van, but it wouldn't make it up the road with the ice (it is a 2 wheel drive) so he came back home and got the Tahoe (it has 4 wheel drive). Now I am stuck home....which I don't think is a bad place to be stuck ;)
